What Buyers Must Understand
We provide the service by First Come First Serve system. So if you don't want to wait, you have to purchase VIP ticket.

We can't predict how many helmets will be dropped in a run. It varies between 1-5 helm(s).

You need to pay first. Else, you won't be scheduled. So, the earlier you pay, the earlier you will get your helm.

Make sure you already bought yourself pots for the run and be at 'El Nath: El Nath' on time.

How Can We Ensure You That You Will 100% Receive Your Zakum Helm

Can you ensure me to get my helm on my 1st try?
Unfortunately no. It depends on how good is your computer. But if you're lag free, then we 99% sure that you will get your helm.

How can I reduce lag from Zakum?
Set your graphic to the lowest. Close any running programs except MapleStory.

How many pots should I bring?
For rogues/bowman/warriors, 800-1000 cheeses. Magicians, 400 ginseng roots and 400 ginger ales.

Wah, I died. What now?
Don't worry. You will still have another chance to get your helm in the next day. We will try as hard as we can to get you your helm on the 1st try. You will be partied with a DK and a priest throughout the run. So (again), don't worry.

Can I loot anything except Zakum Helm(1)?
Unfortunately no. We will charge you a heavy fine, if you loot any equips/skillbooks/skillmasteries that dropped from Zakum. We will call your name to loot the helm once Zakum is killed.

Can I pay in other form? Such as items, etc?
Nope, only pure mesos will be accepted.

What if I'm not on the rankings? Will you guys still take me?
Nope sorry. We cant and don't want to support hackers/exhackers.

I'm a level 50 Assassin. I don't have 1950 Base HP. What should I do??
We'll provide you with HP gears (for free of course). So worry not, you will have enough HP to survive Zakum.

Oh my god.. my Zhelm has shitty stats!!! Can i reloot??
No. Because it's all the matter of luck, so we can't promise you to get a good stats helmet.
